Spider Pavillion at Natural History Museum

I loved the Butterfly Pavillion at the Natural History Museum and had to make it to this one. There were still some butterflies but there were only a few and some were caught in the massive webs that are virtually everywhere. It is fairly easy to walk through the exhibit but one must be careful. All spiders have venom but none that are harmful to humans, at least that was what we were told.

The exhibit itself is only open to members for now but will be opening to the general public on September 26. There will also be night events where you can walk through the exhibit with flashlights. We were told it was something that should be done and done multiple times.

I do not know if we will be going back to it but we thoroughly enjoyed the exhibit and urge you to make it if possible.

Well, that's it for now. I will be adding the links for more info and the newly created Flickr set.
